SHIPPING POLICY

Once you place your order will dispatch it as soon as possible & we promise to deliver it within 3 to 5 working days. In extreme weather conditions where your plant might be at risk of damage we will contact you to discuss delivery options.

If you purchase more than £40 of plants we will cover your postage costs. For sales under that we charge a flat rate of £3.95

RETURN POLICY

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you're not for any reason, please get in touch and we'll do our utmost to make it right. 

ENVIRONMENTAL CONSIDERATIONS

Our aim is to have as little negative impact on the planet as we can. We are a small company but wherever we can choose, we’ll choose the planet friendly option. All our suppliers and partners are selected on the basis that they echo our values.

Where we make potting mixes we do so using growing mediums which are sustainably sourced and we do not use peat based composts. Wherever possible our pots will be entirely recyclable. We also rely on organic sources of fertilizer such as worm casts and natural remedies to combat pest and disease and encourage you do to the same.

​

 

We pride ourselves on the fact that we have selected our packing material on the basis that it is both completely recyclable & some is even compostable.
