Rhipsalis ‘Red Coral’ - pink epiphytic jungle flowering cactus

When it flowers it does so from yellow buds which form at the margins of the leaves opening to reveal small, daisy like white flowers with yellow stamens. Positioning
The wild relative of this plant is an epiphyte, grows up and on trees. Emulate this light with a spot with good but mostly indirect light. Where it will get direct light in the early morning or late afternoon is ideal as too little light will result in a dulling in the pink colouration of the stems.
Watering
These plants require frequent watering in the growing season but be allowed to dry out between watering. Water directly onto the growing medium & avoid getting large drops of water on the stems.
Growth Habits
This plant will trail and needs room to do so as the stems can, over time, reach as long as 45cm.
