Mounted Hoya Tricolor Green Pink and Cream semi succulent
These beautiful plants have been mounted and are really easy to look after as this way of keeping them emulates the way they grow in the wild. When they are in flower the blooms are more easily appreciated as the hang down. This member of the Hoya Family is native to the Philippines where it scrambles up trees and rocks in high altitudes and humid forests. It has pink stems and its thick semi succulent leaves range in colour from green, to creams and pink. Can trail or be supported to climb. If happy, it will produce purple flowers around September & October. As with all Hoyas these appear in a cluster on a spear growing from the stem of the plant and look, and smell, beautiful.
This plant is supplied on a mounting board which, with the plant attached, weighs less than a kg so can easily be hung on a small nail. Comprehensive easy to follow care instructions will be provided with the plant.
Positioning and Care Needs
This is neither a demanding nor very sensitive plant which enjoys a spot in good, but mostly indirect, light.
