Callisia Turtle - lush easy-care trailing indoor plant

This is a lovely trailing plant particularly if you like one which gives you a feeling of lush undergrowth as it cascades rather than trails.  Turtle has roundish leaves which are silvery green on the top & on the under side take on a deep purplish hue a colour combination & effect reminisent of a turtle's shell.  Lovely grown as a trailer where you can look up at light coming through the leaves.  If happy this can grow as long as you let it.  Tolerate of a wide range of conditions it does prefer a bit of humidity so an ideal plant to grow in a kitchen or a bathroom.  Maybe it could replace your shower curtain :)
